Detailed Job Description:

Hands on experience in Oracle Commerce 10x or more. Knowledge of Node JS is add on. Experience in handling L1 and L2 production support for ecommerce sites, trouble shoot and triage Sev1,sev2 issues. Knowledge of monitoring tools like splunk, new relic and tea leaf is must. Experience in writing support run books.
