Detailed Job Description:

At least 4 years of CTI Development experience in Contact Center Domain Extensive knowledge in Genesys Framework and its components. In depth knowledge and extensive experience in creating routing strategies and IVR call flows using Genesys IRD Extensive working knowledge of Genesys CME, GA, CC Pulse Extensive knowledge in troubleshooting issues in Genesys environment. Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

Lead Dev track at onsite in agile scrums and help offshore teams in deliverables. Work with business teams and Dev partners for requirements gathering and come up with Designs and implementation.
