Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education Minimum 6 years of experience in IVR Call Flow design using Microsoft Visio and experience in interaction with various Business stake holders to understand various IVR Flows and prepare Business requirements and use cases. Experience in Testing various IVR and Outbound solutions. Minimum 4 years of experience in VXML, IVR application and speech recognition engi
