Experience in Installation, configuration, and administration on different version of Ivanti End Point Management Solutions Patch Management solution integration with CMDB Troubleshooting Patch Management issues of windows License Metering Ivanti Management solution upgrade Downloading the patches from OEM and applying & scheduling them Provisioning of OSI on server and endpoints Making sure that the Incident get resolved with the SLAs and ensure that the system goes through a scheduled patching Process Support various Operating system and in installing applications on those operating systems depending upon its compatibility. Maintain the production, by running a software and hardware diagnostic regularly in a stipulated time Understanding of ITIL
