Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving Windows and Linux-based application or infrastructure issues Experience in Service now ticket handling and Support projects experience Network technologies ( TCP/IP , 802.11 , DNS , DHCP) Working experience of Autonomous Guided Vehicles(AGV) SQL , SQL administration and SQL management Studio RTLS - real time location service Manufacturing Experience Experience with any of the AGV robots from MIR , Autoguide or any other AGV vendor
