Job Description:
The person will be responsible for rolling out Windows 10 devices to end users within Milwaukee area office locations. 
Some of the roles and responsibilities are listed below:Scheduling the rollout with end users as per the list provided.Receive new hardware at the respective location.Unbox and test the hardware.Image and build the device using SCCM.Deployment and end user walk-through.Assist user with data transfer from old device to new.Install additional applications as per user requirement.Troubleshoot and remediate issues reported post deploymentRetrieve old hardware from end userWipe and dispose old hardware retrieved from end usersUpdate asset information in ServiceNow to maintain 100% accuracy.Provide deployment status to management on daily/weekly basis.Responsible for cleanliness and organizing the workspace and storage rooms.Preferred Experience:Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Desktop Support and IT ServicesKnowledge of troubleshooting windows OS related issues preferably Windows 10.Experience in using OS deployment tools preferably Microsoft SCCMExperience in using software deployment and troubleshooting using deployment tools such as SCCM.Experience in using ticketing applications preferably ServiceNowKnowledge of ITIL terms and best practicesKnowledge of asset managementBasic network and printer troubleshooting knowledge.
