Required Skills:

Strong abilities in troubleshooting methodologies to isolate and identify configuration, design, and hardware anomalies; ability to clearly articulate findings in written and verbal communications with engineering staff Strong understanding of network concepts and practices Advanced routing protocols and switching Potential network infrastructures Strong understanding of load balancer/application delivery controller devices and configurations, specifically f5 LTM and GTM Proven ability in monitoring tools and concepts, Familiarity with firewalls and enterprise security measures Comfortable and utilizing network access and management tools

Required Background:

More than three to five years of experience within a NOC, IT, or ISP environment supporting networks and networking equipment CCNA or equivalent certification Familiarity with the basic Windows and Linux administrative tools
