Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

Analysis Client coordination Troubleshooting L2 support on PhisMe and FireEye L2 support on SOC event analysis Exp > 3 years onPhisMe and FireEye Tools specific JD provided below PhishMe tool Analysis of reported emails by the users and help sort them in the tool Follow defined workflow on phishing emails Assist threat intel team with any clarifications Configuration of PhishMe platform Help co - ordinate with vendor support for platform related issues Create necessary operational documents FireEye Operations Support: Platform administration and maintenance web access malware detection, analysis and triage Malware analysis through sandboxing alerting and reporting analysis of malware infected email as needed.
