Business Analysis job description (Must-have):

Liaison between technical groups and the business Requirements definition and elicitation Ensure requirements are clear, concise and testable A willingness to provide constructive feedback on projects Ability to independently research topics using available tools like SharePoint and other document repositories Ability to recognize and determine whether the changes impact other systems Ability to recognize up/downstream dependencies Organizational skills; coordination of meeting agendas, minutes and action items Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel) Other considerations which may be overlooked by business

Business Analysis Tools (Nice to have – At least MS Visio experience is needed though):

VP ArchiMetric (formerly known as Visual Paradigm) – Nice to Have. At least MS Visio experience is needed though JIRA ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) – Nice to Have Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) - Used to construct process flows to clearly show impacts of the project (as-is and to-be flows)
