Customer specification interpretation. Updating the BOM to the current Engineering and planning manufacturing standards. ROS Conversions which involves Creating Material Masters, Revise Material Masters, Viewing Display Material for Reference, Engineer Chance Master and using different T-Codes. SAP Long Text must be reviewed by analyzing Engineering Drawings, Catia Models, OEM parts list and Standard Specification. Create and Review Graphic Work Instructions, assembly methods to support production flow of aircraft components. Using the established manufacturing planning process flow, sequence in a define routing order, develops Graphic Work Instructions, manufacturing datasets, tooling requirements and Bill Of Material. Communication with all teams (engineering, tooling, production, quality) to assure the product is completed correctly and on schedule to the customer. Manufacturing Engineer Review, create and update Manufacturing Work Instructions MWI using SAP 3D VEA software. Meet with manufacturing engineers and technicians to evaluate build process to resolve the queries raised by offshore team and receive feedback on work performed. Coordination with Shopfloor MWI Review MWI Rework
