Job Seekers, Please send resumes to resumes@hireitpeople.com Detailed Job Description: 4+ years of experience with Root Cause Analysis methods, PFMEA in Aerospace manufacturing industries preferred Perform root cause analyses of defects and recommend the corrective action necessary to avoid nonconformance. Perform Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and control plan. Interface with various stake holders to perform the RCCA and PFMEA analysis. Ability to plan and coordinate value additions/improvement to the existing shop floor support. Ability to perform design reviews to ensure that quality is engineered into the product. Compile models to perform trend analysis and risk assessments. Capable to coordinate and present the solution to approving team including the customer. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (mainly Word, Excel PowerPoint) Participates in design and product reviews to ensure that producibility, inspect ability, reliability, safety, Quality System integrity, and business process management objectives are met Airbus experience preferred.
