Detailed Job Description:

The Solution Architect would preferably have a Security background and ideally have experience with Data Loss Prevention technologies. Specific tasks would include but not be limited to: Understand and guide the technical details of the implementation Symantec DLP, Boldon James Data Classifier, and Symantec Web Security Service (WSS) Liaise between Symantec/Boldon James and project and InfoSys support teams Work with InfoSys support teams to understand the ATI environment Provide the necessary information that Symantec/Boldon James request Assist PMO with the submittal of ServiceNow requests to perform actions needed for the projects with technical details Understand and document the changes to the ATI environment Escalate and call out any technical risks to the environment Create change tickets and represent them at CAB (Change Advisory Board) In order to do this the solution architect needs to attend all meetings and help Sarah and Trevor understand the technical and timing ramifications of what is needed. This person should have broad experience that primarily includes Windows and Windows applications administration including things like IIS, services, etc. and an pretty good understanding of networking in order to be effective.
