Should have minimum 10 years of hands - on exp in Core Java, J2EE and Spring framework E2E development Should have Microservices experience on AWS Cloud AWS certification is preferred Should very good knowledge experience in working in transformation/modernization projects Knowledge or Experience of ReactJS is advantage Should have experience in leading and mentoring teams on large complex projects Should have experience and acumen in solving complex technical problems Should have excellent communication skills
