Qualifications Basic:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education At least 8 - 10 years of experience in implementing CRM solutions with a minimum of 5 years Salesforce Force.com platform/Service Cloud implementations in Lightning

Preferred:

Proficient in Salesforce service Cloud and Lightning, Triggers, Visualforce Development, Rest API, Apex code and integrations Proficient in Salesforce.com development environment including Force.com IDE, migration tools, SOSL, SOQL and Web Services. Good functional knowledge on Service Cloud implementation in Lightning and other related latest functionalities. Ability to translate business issues into technical solutions including technical leadership and coordination, and ensuring customer needs are met Ability to work hands on to write and debug code, configuration in salesforce and troubleshoot issues, willing to collaborate with teams across technologies Collaborate with Product owner/Business analysts to understand the requirements/user stories, and translating these to a set of deliverables Guide developers, offshore team members with technical expertise Communicate and collaborate with other internal and external technical resources and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions Ability to work across business and IT stakeholders in providing solutions Should have delivery experience working with the Global delivery model Experience working in Agile programs/methodology (preferred experience on SAFE Agile framework) Leadership abilities, Sound problem solving, communication, organizational, and time management skills

Certification requirements:

Salesforce Admin Certified Salesforce platform developer certified Service Cloud certified
