Virtualization experience Conduct due diligence and solution design/Scope documentation/SOPs creation As -Is vs To-Be state Guide in execution of Incident, Change, Release, Problem, Performance, and Availability Management Well versed in IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and Infrastructure support activities across levels (L0, L1, L2, L3 L4) Develop AS-IS to TO-BE model based on the legacy IT Infrastructure due diligence Experience in Infra technology landscape Server, Storage, Database, Middleware and Network Strong hold on designing, integrating, and managing complex infrastructure solutions Taking charge of the software and hardware installations, specification, testing and service transition Participate in managing, prioritizing, break-fixing activities, minor enhancements, problem management, stability analysis, etc Identify the potential technology innovations and engage with businesses Establishing trust and collaborative working relationships with the clients including participating in client workshops Analyze Critical, High, and Medium production issues and find automation possibilities Create analysis report for top issue types, root causes, applications and processes that contributed to recurring issues Develop client specific templates, reusable artifacts to support a wider team at large scale Develop scripts to improve Infrastructure processes
