Customer Communication Architect with experience in various CCM products. Should be able to assess existing system and provide a future roadmap based on Clients requirements Experience architecting CCM solutions for high - volume batch and on-demand enterprise multichannel communications including print, archive, email and web delivery Should be able to manage, guide technical teams & provide guidance by taking the lead Must have strong knowledge of architectural principles/concepts Able to understand As-Is CCM landscape of the Client and provide a future roadmap Architect, design and develop templates in CCM Perform demos in coordination with CCM product vendors Manage and perform facilitation, governance and delivery of Content Management Projects Perform analysis on content requests and validate efficiency of utility of the tool in line with strategic usage of the tool.Minimum years of experience*: 5+
