Communicate effectively and confidently with Stakeholders, Team members and Management Gather existing network related information like Network inventory, performance, and utilization reports Collate functional and technical shortfalls and future goals Ensure confidentiality of the information collected Assess the network architecture, WAN topology and routing High availability design and SPOF analysis Cloud connectivity and internet access requirement assessment Network readiness assessment w.r.t industry trends Conduct workshops and present the assessment reports as per agreed intervals
