Detailed Job Description:

Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 15 years of Relevant Information Technology experience  Candidate should have hands on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud with a minimum of 2 end to end OIC implementation, building integrations between varied legacy systems and Oracle ERP suite of applications. Should be able to drive integration strategy, take design decisions and should be able to drive discussions with client Architecture team Candidate should be able to work Global Delivery Model with an offshore and onsite distributed team Effectively communicating and driving project deliverables Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle Providing status and issue reports to the project manager/client on a regular basis Recommending roadmaps to close performance gaps and developing high level implementation plans Identifying business requirements and mapping them to the Oracle Cloud functionality Developing an understanding of a client s current state process and developing future state recommendations Advising clients on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems Lead and conduct CRP, SIT and UAT Developing end-user documentation and training materials Effectively communicating and driving project deliverables Completing tasks efficiently and in a timely manner

Preferred Qualifications:

Hands on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud with a minimum of 2 end to end OIC implementation, building integrations between varied legacy systems and Oracle ERP suite of applications. Experience with executing implementation strategy, capturing business, systems requirements and analysis, preparing functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing and training Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
