Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. At least 8 years of experience with IT.Knowledge Preferred:
Oracle EBS HRMS consulting experience Demonstrate a high level understanding of Oracle eBusiness Suite Possess strong knowledge of at least one core Oracle functionality Have strong experience of working across the full project lifecycle, from definition to post go live support Roadmaping and planning with Page project maps Leading HCM Work streams Manage stakeholders using clear communication and be able to form strong client relationships RACI definition Experience of managing at least 2 Oracle R12 Upgrade projectsSkills Preferred:
Lead supporting business development and project delivery activities across clients from multiple industries Engaging and collaborating with client stakeholders across all levels of the organisation Leading and contributing to the development of business cases for technology transformation Contributing to an overall solution architecture to deliver leading practice solutions to support the business requirements Apply proven project methodology, ideally Oracle OUM (or AIM) Defining IT organisations to support working in a cloud environment Deliver strategic and operational Change Management Lead on innovation and what’s new in the market and how we can apply this to our clients requirements Business case development and projects sizing based on requirement s and scope System design and delivery including integration management, data migration strategy and managementMinimum years of experience*: 8
