Must Have Skills:

Must have at least 15 years of strong solutioning skills, ability to discuss/drive solution with client teams and project teams. Must have at least 8 years of hands-on experience with SuccessFactors and at least 3 full life cycle implementations in SuccessFactors LMS Implementation Good knowledge of HCM/HR/HXM processes/domain with special emphasis on SuccessFactors LMS Advanced certification in SuccessFactors LMS; ability to lead teams.

Nice to Have Skills:

Manufacturing domain experience preferred. Good To have Experience Knowledge Certifications in other SF modules. Excellent communication skills to front end client

Detailed Job Description:

Liasoning with the client for critical requirements. Solutioning and providing required direction to the team(s) and ensuring timely completion of deliverables with highest quality. Recommending alternate solutions, problem solving. Working closely with the Program management team to provide inputs for reporting progress/updates.
