Technology Lead should have a prerequisite SDL Tridion expertise. The candidate must be proficient in CMS concepts and SDL Tridion implementation knowhow. Additionally the knowledge on design and testing of a Tridion system is needed. Good communication and analytical skills to articulate the problem statement and troubleshooting the issues is a must.
