•       Extensive Identity & Access Management (IdAM) application, integration and O&M experience. High Availability system design and deployment. Understanding of token services
Familiar with:
Radiant Logic, Public Key Infrastructure (PKI)/ Certificate Authority (CA), Sailpoint, Oracle Fusion Middleware, LDAP Directory and Virtual Directory solutions
Agile development methodologies
•       Provide support role SAP Security space and across identity and access management technologies 
•       Process support requests for identity lifecycle management, separation of duties analysis, role management, access request system, identity federation, privileged access management, access re-certifications, and entitlements catalogs. 
•       Configure and maintain access controls both in cloud and in on premise enterprise systems including the IAM system. 
•       Support with security User/Role administration across all SAP hosted applications 
•       Support with Role implementation and /or Role redesign by assisting customers in defining Roles and remediating potential Segregation of Duty (SoD) conflicts.
•       Provide technical support for the implemented SAP-based technology like Centralized User Administration, Identity Management (IDM), Single Sign-On, and SAP Security/GRC.
•       During handling support incidents, enforce security policies and procedures by performing periodic request reviews 
•       Collaborate with business process owners and other team members to ensure that security settings meet the requirements of the business and align with the defined controls and standards.
•       Perform duties consistent with the Security goals and policies.
•       Leverage the tools SAP's Central User Administration (CUA).
•       Assist with SAP BASIS administration to provide support on SAP security integrated activities.
•       Participate in project activities as per service request handling process to work in assistance from Managers.
•       Perform analysis on, and maintain, security requirements dealing with application authorization, ID provisioning and ID management on application stacks to minimize access control issues and segregation of duty (SOD) concerns
•       Follow established procedures for implementing security changes across SAP application landscape as per plan
•       Ensure that the SAP systems are in compliance with all security policies as per guidelines
•       Monitor all aspects of SAP for security violations as per the security policies, procedures and guidelines
•       Creates SAP and IAM metrics/measures weekly and monthly to drive improvements in the IAM program.
•       Perform maintenance and support of SAP Security modules as per plans and Change management process after reviewing and receiving approvals
•       Support compliance and privacy standards and other required to meet the Compliance & Security related reporting requirements.
•       Review and work as per corporate security standards, processes, policies, and strategies.
•       Comply with all corporate and legal requirements 
•       As per support, work with internal and external auditors to prepare SAP security reports and to provide information as requested.
•       Ensure technical solutions, maintain design integrity, adhere to functional designs and meet business needs.
•       Create test scripts working with engineers for routine tasks and drive integration, regression testing 
•       Seek opportunities to develop, document and maintain knowledge of business processes, application functionality and configuration.
•       Recommend operational continuous improvement opportunities, service efficiency initiatives and business process improvement to better serve business needs.
•       As per production support Make recommendations on functional and technical improvements to the application.
•       Work closely with other team members, locally and globally, proactively sharing expertise to improve and ensure team success
•       Support SAP Security, Compliance Management, Risk Management, Customs Management, and other associated SAP tools and technology.
•       Be the single point of contact on SAP Security support activities and process control implementations, optimizations, and assessments post its thorough review with Security Manager and Architects
•       Assist in information gathering business requirements for the SAP security modules
•       Work with various application and SAP stake holders to prepare test scenarios & documentation on the Roles and related access.
