Detailed Job Description:
Work on Enhancements, Maintenance and Support of PBX, IVR, Recording solutions and WFM stack, Reporting Solutions.  
Round the clock production support of cross platform applications.  
Work on technologies like Avaya Experience Portal, PBX, Nuance, CMS, Avaya Aura, VPI, Aspect WFM, Avaya One x, AAAD, CSAT, CBA, Aceyus, ServiceNow, Oracle Service Cloud, Citrix, ACCCM, CTI, Incontact.  
Java, Informix, SQL Server, Apache Tomcat, GRXML
