Job Description
In the role of Senior Technology Lead, you will be developing the software components in agile mode to developed the given user stories, you will be working independently and will have to be hands on to deliver the agile work. You will also lead high quality code deliverables for agile sprints, also support all types of testing and support activities related to development, transition and warranty. You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.
Location: Raleigh, NC.
Basic
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 10 years of experience with Information Technology
Required
• At least 7 years of experience in Microfocus – COBOL, JCL, Microfocus CICS (aka Microfocus MTO),Oracle, COBOL, JCL, CICS and DB2
• Knowledge of SVN, Control-M, Move-IT, ZEKE and Endeavor
• Production Support experience in Microfocus environment and ZOS (MVS).
• At least 4 years’ experience in Healthcare and PBM domain
• Supporting high quality code deliverables. Interface with internal team.
• At least 7 year of experience in software development life cycle.
• At least 4 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements.
• Deliver high quality code deliverables and supports peers in quality checks such that design requirements are met.
• Lead validation activities for the assigned sub-modules for all types of testing and ability to perform root-cause analysis of any issues that arise post-implementation and work on solutions related to issue fixing
• Interface with internal team spread globally to undertake onsite-specific activities of the project and enable offshore with required inputs for delivery
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
• Should have a better understanding on the SLA for Deliverables.
