Detailed Job Description:
• Design, build, and support Wave apps, datasets, and dashboards.
• Ability to partner with business stakeholders to design and develop and define intuitive, insightful, actionable, and compelling Wave dashboards, account for user behavior and exception paths.
• Knowledge of wave application, including ingestion processes, dataset management processes, security and access implementations, and visualization/dashboard creation are must.
• Provide "best practices" direction and implement approaches for content governance, taxonomy, processes, and UI consistency within Wave
• Enable Wave solutions to be embedded into and available within our wider SFDC ecosystem
• Data analysis: analyze data sets for patterns and anomalies, and create mock datasets to create meaningful prototypes and enable parallel development between Wave and other development areas.
• Data ingestion: Datasets, Dataflows, Data Manager, Data Prep, datasetutils, XMD
• UI Visualization, Dashboard Design, Desktop and Mobile Layouts, Bindings, WaveLabs
• Customizing JSON when Out-Of-Box capabilities do not exist
Tasks to do:
Ensure requirements are logged, traced and attributes maintained
through project lifecycle
Gather personal user requirements for dashboard & reporting
Test dashboards to ensure they meet requirements
Understand and follow the requirements management plan specific to the
project so that activities and milestones of the project team can be
measured against the goals of the plan to determine project progress
Display good interviewing and facilitation skills while leading the
requirements elicitations sessions to understand stakeholder needs
Elicit and identify requirements via industry standard analysis techniques
Communicate effectively and confidently with Stakeholders, Team
members and Management
Proficient in using standard software, templates, and tools to create
documentation in accordance with client standards
Participate in testing activities including System Testing, Integration
Testing, and pre-User Acceptance Testing to ensure output meets the
requirements of the business
Support during SIT, UAT
Provide support to communicate and clarify requirements
Minimum years of experience*: 5+
Certifications Needed: Professional and Educational
