Good Knowledge of Agile Methodologies like Scrum Good to have AWS (or Azure) knowledge Outstanding communication skills with the ability to deftly negotiate/interrogate, prioritize across technical and non - technical teams, influence decision makers and build consensus with teams. Should have strong thinking/analytical skills on complex business requirements or problem statements. Should have experience in documenting and maintenance of RTM for complex project/product requirements. Experienced and Willingness to perform functional/manual testing of the developed business functionalities. Experienced in Development of training materials for business stakeholders Extensive experience in leading requirements gathering sessions and converting them into technical stories for developers to build out a product backlog while grooming and prioritizing it with the PO. Experience in scaled agile methodology with deep understanding of product development practices and application lifecycle management.
