Knowledge and Skills:

At least 5 years of experience in software development life cycle.  Should have experience in requirement gathering, requirement analysis- work with the business teams, capture requirements, analyze them, categorize as good or bad requirements. Work with the development teams to get these requirements implemented and brought to closure. Should have fair understanding and working knowledge on SailPoint IdentityIQ Provisioning Workflows, Applications Setup, Account & Group Aggregation, Task, Definition and Scheduling, Analytics and Reporting, Rules, Email Templates, Role Management and Certification. Should know Java Development. Should have very good communication skills, presentation skills and client interaction. Experience in building and supporting application connectors from SailPoint IIQ to various Endpoint application repositories, IIQ application connector development using: IIQ specific Java bean shell coding, CSV parsing and SQL queries. Communicating to clients and stakeholder related to aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and/or functional level. Work with other Infosys teams, team members and stakeholders for smooth functioning and successful delivery of the client services. Domain knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IDAM). Must have understanding of various terminologies used in IDAM domain including Roles, Entitlements, Resources, Role-Based Access Model (RBAC) etc. Should have basic understanding of Governance, Risk and Compliance concepts especially around identity and access management (Principle of Least Privilege, Need to Know etc) An understanding of common industry security standards such as IS027001/27002, SOX, PCI DSS etc is an add-on. Coordinate efforts with technical stakeholders, including Architects, Business Leads, Implementation Teams and QA Teams Identify technical dependencies, alert PM and coordinate with other Teams through resolution Recommend sufficient resources/skills to support and maintain readiness for project execution Identify and resolve or escalate roadblocks and other issues, working closely with Project Manager Assist in operationalization of new capabilitie
