Excellent communication skills. Clear Understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies and application support processes. Exposure to Retail and Supply chain domains desirable. Ability to remain calm and think through clearly even in difficult and tiring situations. Be able to make accurate inferences from customer statements on service quality so as to suggest appropriate feedback to Infosys teams. Need to quickly grasp essense of multiple technologies (Mainframe, Java, Bigdata, Microstrategy, Azure, Datastage, Network, Unix/Linux etc)

Minimum years of experience*: 5+

Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

Perform the role of Incident Managers for critical incidents. Incident Manager has to remain on the critical incident call, drive the call and communicate out the Incident status. Review, suggest, plan and roll out process improvements in the Application Maintenance process. Measure customer satisfaction, document lessons learned and circulate back with other Infosys teams.
