Plan and allocate resources to effectively staff and deliver value-based data solutions in alignment to business needs and departmental goals. Coach, mentor and develop team members. Foster a culture of teamwork and unity among team members that allows different point of views, understanding and appreciation of diversity, and working effectively together to enable individual and department success. Lead complex BI projects from inception to delivery. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor deliverables and provide status updates. Lead Demand Management meetings with business partners and stakeholders in order to determine priority and set user expectations. Plan, evaluate and improve departmental processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality and efficiency. Collaborate with various teams across IT for alignment on processes, strategies, architectural designs, roadmaps, priorities and resources. Provide support of existing applications and services provided by the Data Insights & Analytics team. Build and maintain relationships with key business partners and Business Relationship Managers.  Additional responsibilities as identified.
