3+ years direct hands-on experience automating a lab environment. 3+ years experience troubleshooting and configuring lab networks. Operating System: Linux, Windows. Scripting and web development such as Perl, bash, HTML, XML, CGI. Able to effectively work with all organizations including sales and engineering staff both face to face and remotely. Effective working independently and in a global team setting.  Ability to assess and prioritize faults and respond or escalate accordingly. CCNA or CCNP certification . Experience with switching and internet routing technologies. Strong network diagnostic skills. Experience with network monitoring and management tools
