Detailed Job Description:

Requirement gathering and Analysis. Assist in developing conceptual engineering designs and implement engineering changes. Packaging of various Electrical components (TMS, EVM, HVM, Compressor, Motor etc) Design and packaging on various electrical subsystems Creating digital mockup, schematic drawings and engineering drawings for electrical harness routing and packaging Support engineering release of parts, drawings and assemblies in 3DX and PLM. Use past experience on conventional buses to communize and standardize parts on EV buses with conventional buses. Follow up with vendor progress to assure adherence to schedules and timelines, if needed change methodology as necessary to attain objectives within time and best cost. Participate in Technical Design Review Meetings, Discussions, Department meetings, Supplier presentations. Ensure that components meet SDS (System Design Specifications). Provide status update on the design work orders to the team & program management
