Hadoop Administration & AWS Job Description:

Having 10 years of experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance/support projects. Must have Big Data Hadoop Administrative project extensive working experience. Experience in performing Hadoop & Big Data Administration and Engineering activities on multiple Hadoop clusters Should have a solid understanding of core application architecture design, development, best practices, and application/ data security Experience in working on AWS services including but not limited to IAM, VPC, EC2, ELB, Cloudwatch, S3, Redshift, Route53 Able to provide effective solutions to the clients for meeting their access and other requirements related to AWS Experience of working on Performance Tuning and Increasing Operational efficiency on a continuous basis Experience of working closely with development, engineering and operation teams, jointly work on key deliverables ensuring production scalability and stability Have managed Big Data Production environment which includes Hadoop( HDFS and YARN), Hive, Presto, Spark, Oozie, Airflow, Nagios, Grafana, Prometheus, Ranger, etc. Monitoring, troubleshooting and incident resolution Schedule and manage custom alerts for proactive measures and capacity management Experience in monitoring and automation tools like Nagios, Grafana, Prometheus, docker, ansible, gitlab Should be very comfortable working on UNIX/Linux environment & shell scripting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Technical Lead at client site including client management meetings/presentations. Should be able to handle all support, enhancement, maintenance of 24 X 7 platform L1 support project including offshore India team driving/helping in technical areas. Automations & Improvements.
