Should have minimum 10+ years of IT experienceShould have at least 8+ years of experience in Appian designing, developing and deploying enterprise solutionsShould have 5+ years of experience providing technical leadership to development and operations efforts working with legacy systems (i.e., Java, JSPs, weblogic, ETL, batch processes, Informatica, etc.)Should have 5+ Operations experience troubleshooting Appian integrations and automation flowsNeed to have good understanding of SAIL forms, Web APIs and integrationsNeed to have sound knowledge about Maria DBExperience in providing leadership to code instrumentation, pro - active monitoring, application resiliency and performance tunningExperience in Spring, Java, Hibernate, Web Services, Enterprise Software, SOA, Maven, Core Java, SOAP, REST, StrutsStrong Experience in Agile Methodologies, Scrum, Software DevelopmentTech Stack: Appian, SAIL forms, Web APIs, Java, JSPs, weblogic, ETL, batch processes, InformaticaShould have experience and confidence in leading the team membersShould be able to provide solutions to business needsShould have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
