Detailed Job Description:

Lead in the design and development of enterprise focused Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Rules Engines (BRE) applications using Pega to support distributed systems. Participate with line of business and subject matter experts in elaborate session for discussing business needs, identify process automation and leveraging BPM methodology. Communicate with a wide range of both technical and business managers. Analyze high level user requirements to identify technical impacts and participates in the requirements understanding sessions and document the clarifications and provide solutions to gaps in requirements and technical feasibility as well as provides detail level estimates. Integrate Pega applications with upstream and downstream systems,ability to provide estimates for business cases, design, plan and implement multifaceted technical architecture road-map using SOAP, REST, HTTP, JMS technologies. Develop Enterprise Class Structure(ECS),stages and steps for process flows, chevrons, SLA rules, UI rules, decision rules, reporting, PRPC Security model, integrating PRPC with external managed security such as SSO and LDAP. Analyse logs and suggest application & Infrastructure tuning configurations for project to meet requirements, best practices, Client company policies and security standards. Analyse and improve the performance of systems using PAL(Performance Analyzer) and DB Tracer which is required for monitoring health of application and better user experience. Provide support for different test phase like SIT,UAT etc along with testing and maintenance activities. Use global resource settings and rule admin settings for testing in multiple environments. Prepare documentation.Create unit test case documents. Contribute in design, specification and other required documents.
