PEGA CSSA certified Must have atleast 5yrs of Strong HANDS - ON PEGA Experience in v X and above. Must have ability to perform Requirements Analysis, Design, Root Cause analysis Able to play Technical Lead role in terms of managing the Client stakeholders, Work Assignment and coordinate work with team in Global Delivery model Strong communication skills Must have Agile Development experience
