8+ years IT experience in implementing Enterprise Data Warehousing and BI/Dash boarding solutions with 4+ years of experience in Tableau. Experienced in full software development lifecycle which includes project planning, requirement analysis, documenting, design, development, unit and integration testing. Hands-on professional with thorough knowledge of scripting, data source integration and advanced GUI development in Tableau. Experience with the design and development of Tableau visualization solutions. Experience with creation of users, groups, projects, workbooks and the appropriate permission sets for Tableau server logons and security checks. Dashboards and document designing experience. Strong DW-BI Skills; Data modeling and advanced Reporting experience. Advanced knowledge of reports performance optimization; Perform administrative and support activities across a multi-environment Tableau infrastructure including security administration, release management, troubleshooting and general systems maintenance. Create complex formulas and calculations within Tableau to meet the needs of complex business logic Good knowledge on Level of Detail Expressions & Web data connector Ability to write complicated yet efficient SQL queries and stored procedure Comfortable in manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources Strong knowledge of Tableau server architecture and building qvds and qvws applying business rules and data validations. Excellent interpersonal communication Skills and technical documentation skills. Worked in Onsite-Offshore model, Knowledge transfer, Communicate time lines, progress, delays etc. back and forth from the team to the client and vice versa Batch optimization and automation Exposure to security features, data encryption and role based security using complex views
