Strong expertise in engineering - Electrical and Mechanical Strong locomotive configuration awareness and operational understanding Strong expertise in creating mechanical, electrical, and software installation instructions Strong experience with technical writing Strong expertise in mechanical and electrical hardware integration onto locomotives Intense Schematic Analysis w/ incorporation of “Kit” installs High level AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical drafting expertise Wire diagram / Schematic / Electrical Component (hardware) knowledge and implementation Exposure to manufacturing and supply chain processes to work with internal and external vendors to get parts manufactured Knowledge of Hardware, Peripherals, Chip-sets

Education:

Minimum of a Bachelors in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering/Electronics Engineering/Mechanical Engineering

Others:

Ability and willingness to travel for First Article Installations at customer / GE managed sites Autonomous worker that can execute tasks with minimal input and guidance. A self-starter. Fluent in English
