Good understanding of Azure Cloud hosted systems for Windows and Linux based applications. Understanding of Mobile apps. Effectively analyze, document and resolve most technical issues independently. Experience in L2L3 support for Web Mobile based Application. Experience in working on PostgreSQL Database and writing SQL scripts for Data extraction and updates. Role of Primary contact for Technical Support team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
