Should be goo at Csharp, Web API, Tooling and Services, Azure Functions and Logic apps, Reduction of JIT and services, Infra understanding, build automation like release and deployment, Csharp with SQL and services skillsets would work well .Should be automating a lot of database scripts which developers execute and automate a process which goes through the deployment process.
