Overview of Infrastructure upgrades Overview of all Retail Applications upgrades Overview of Enterprise Application upgradesJob Duties / Responsibilities:
Partnering with various teams to identify release needs Maintaining release calendar information Building and sending release related communications Assist in change management processes Attend meetings to create and update release plans as well as go/no go decisions Support release events (these occur both within and outside of business hours including weekends) Support post release issues Seamless onsite & Offshore release deployment and handoffs Perform release retrospectives and implement identified process improvements Help to communicate release status, activity progress and issues encountered throughout the duration of release activities Serve as back up for other release team members and change management function
