Extensive experience in customizing Salesforce out of the box functionality assignment rules, escalation rules, validation rules, workflows, approvals and actions. Experience in building new business processes using process builder Experience in Apex to perform the code analysis and troubleshoot issues Experience working with Salesforce Lightning desired Experienced building reports, report folders, dashboards and configuring analytic snapshots. Experience rolling out salesforce.com code from sandbox
