Field Service Lightning BA Knowledge Field Service Lightning BA experience. Having Salesforce Lightning BA experience with agile methodology is preferred. Person should have working experience in large program, coordinating multiple releases. Working with business, IT, enterprise release management team, should be able to manage cross program dependencies.
