Gather Knowledge of the existing Salesforce Landscape at MKS. Lead and coordinate Sales force engagements at MKS working with Business and IT. Guide the MKS team on best fit solutions and way forward. Advise the MKS Business and IT Team on the improvements and suggestions in the Salesforce domain. Work with the Salesforce team at MKS and help triage work requests and support tickets to Infosys offshore team. Work on high priority support tickets as needed with support from MKS busine
