Looking for Technology Lead with 10 years or more experience in Informatica / Data Solution, provisioning and integration. Experience working in large, complex Informatica Data Integration and ETL programs in Development, Administration and Support solutions Knowledge of MDM Communication Skills (this is must since we have multiple stakeholders), Business Analyst exposure Pharma Back ground Veeva Knowledge Hands on skills using various Data Integration Transformations like Joins, Rank, Insert/Update, Partitioning, SCDs Strong understanding of RDBMS and Data warehousing concepts and Knowledge in Data mart development, ER Modeling and Data - Flow Modeling, Types of schema. Strong ability to handle multiple demands with a sense of urgency, drive and energy

Responsibilities:

Participate in business and system requirements sessions to understand & document AS-IS pain points, challenges, business processes, systems & needs. Identify high level process/system changes or enhancements required in the existing data warehouse & reports. Work with the team to evaluate overall solution to ensure design incorporates all functional & non-functional requirements. Support & review ETL enhancements by providing inputs in Informatica data flows. Conduct client review of & get user acceptance testing (UAT) sign-off Support deployment activities to ensure smooth go-live Coordinate with offshore team in during analysis, development, deployment & support phase of the project. Support all existing Informatica ETL flows by investigating & resolving any issue within defined SLA Responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery. Must be self-directed, have excellent initiative and organizational skills
