Hands on experience in Infinity QS Application Setup, Installation, DB Migration, Version Upgrade, Infinity QS Enact, DMS, DCS, Scheduler, Database manager, iiDatabaseinfo Tool, AD Group/LDAP User settings, IQS User Creation, Lab Device configuration setup, Installation, Solution Design, Configuration/Customization, Integration Testing, Package Deployment and In - Life maintenance of any Manufacturing Operations Management Application or IT Application. Functional experience across any industry domain like Life Science, Automotive, Food & Beverages- Desirable. Must have high level of expertise with Relational Database like MS-SQL Server 2008, Oracle 9i and above; should have good experience in database performance tuning & archival methods Exposure to various Reporting System (i.e. Business Objects, SQL Reports, Crystal Reports)

Detailed Job Description:

Participate and drive effectively workshops related to Process Design, business process definitions, blue-printing, solution architecture etc. for a new program/project Able to confidently interact with client senior executives and explain complex, technical issues in a clear and concise manner. Lead client global IQS roll out programs by conducting plant walkthrough, understand As-Is processes, propose to-be Quality processes. Manages daily activities, issue resolution and communication across project execution teams in order to deliver projects on-time, on-budget, as-requested by customer Identify and analyze project and technical risks & impacts relating to data conversion; define alternatives & prioritizations to remove roadblocks Support the project team and ensure completion of tasks, milestones, and components including but not limited to: design specifications, development, configurations, quality assurance, implementations, and reviews Participate in client discussions, understand problem faced by client and articulate it to internal stakeholders. Define and document problem and get customer agreement, bring in best practices of industry and provide options. Respond to production issues and arrive at a solution with inputs from stakeholders, participate in estimating the effort needed to implement solution, test and implement the solution. Vendor coordination for product issues and its resolution. Work closely with PLC/Automation Engineer on the hardware issues, configuration issues, device calibration, OPC application configurations. Participate & coordinate in daily meetings with Client and offshore team. Status reporting, Metrics reporting to Client leadership as well as Infosys management. Train the offshore team on Functional and Technical skills on production quality KPI & IQS/ Mentor team in resolving production issues. Create & Maintain documentation, knowledge repository. Own and oversee the evolution of the solutions and provide technical leadership in the rollout to global production sites and various business units, identifying any local requirements / gaps, but driving towards common processes and standard solutions
