Responsibilities you would expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute*:

Should be able to resolve technical issues in Hybris as part of support and development activities Will work at client location and liaise with Client and respond to support ticket and also provide on - call support Work with Client Architects to design technical solutions Work with offshore development and support team to handover necessary ticket, enhancement ticket details to be continued by the offshore team
