Detailed Job Description:

Performance monitoring and tuning. Should be able to provide input on performance testing and various NFR which should be setup for a new app. Need to work with Allstate Performance testing team and should be able to analyze the performance test results and provide feedback. Should have knowledge of monitoring tools like Dynatrace/Splunk so that he/she can provide input and help in setup of these for the new app by working with the Allstate stakeholders. Server capacity planning for the new app and disaster recovery setup.
