Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

On-boarding applications to OIM. Off-boarding application from OIM. Running of jobs, monitoring and resolving exceptions. Handling incidents and support requests within our SLA. Respond to requests from audit with direction from management. Provide support and troubleshooting for access issues and escalate as necessary. Incorporating process changes and updates into the Standard Operation Procedures (Runbook) in SharePoint. Participate in all Scrum ceremonies. Participate in on-call support rotation. Perform scheduled tasks supporting deployments and releases.

Qualifications:

2 -5 years of OIM administrator experience. Development background a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Security, related field or equivalent work experience Knowledge of Service Now, Active Directory, RACF, SQL Oracle and SQL Server, CyberArk, Rally, SOA, Web Logic and other infrastructure platforms. Ability to work cross-functionally, establish credibility, and working relationship within ART, division and Lines of Business to ensure a shared, positive outcome. Good organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Attention to detail, ability to execute process, and follow through on tasks Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to connect with all partners, to include leadership, system engineers and end users
