Experience with Nuance VUI and call flows. IVR testing experience with agent screen pop validations. Create manual IVR test cases using Nuance documentation framework Voice User Interface design VUI and potentially execute these test cases. SAP experience to help creating test data requests. Experience with testing tools such as Jira Qmetry to facilitate test execution. CISCO CVP testing experience is a plus.
