Detailed Job Description:

Project includes the validation of changes in IVR Both English and Spanish, Helping client team with the Spanish prompt verbiage creation, coordination with the third party vendors to get prompts recorded, Helping client during and post deployment validations and keeping track of customer issues after deployment.

Minimum years of experience: 2-5 years

Certifications Needed: Yes

Work with client team and get the prompts finalized, recorded and validated Work with offshore team for day to day activities and updates Work with test manager for overall project execution
